서비스 이용약관 (Terms of Service)

본 약관은 (주)이유랩(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 서비스 이용에 대한 제반 사항을 규정합니다.
These Terms and Conditions regulate all matters concerning the use of services provided by IYULAB Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

제1조 (목적) / Article 1 (Purpose)

본 약관은 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 이용함에 있어 회원과 회사간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the members in using the services provided by the Company.

제2조 (서비스 이용) / Article 2 (Service Use)

  1. 회원은 회사의 서비스 이용을 위해 회원 가입 절차를 완료해야 합니다.
    Members must complete the membership registration process to use the Company's services.
  1. 회원은 본인의 아이디와 비밀번호를 관리하며, 타인에게 양도, 대여, 분실하지 않아야 합니다.
    Members are responsible for managing their own ID and password and must not transfer, lend, or lose them to others.
  1. 회사는 회원의 안전한 서비스 이용을 위해 최선을 다하며, 일정 시간 동안 서비스 이용이 없을 경우 회원의 정보를 보호하기 위해 이용 중인 아이디와 서비스를 일시적으로 중단시킬 수 있습니다.
    The Company shall do its best for the safe use of the service. To protect member information, the Company may temporarily suspend the ID and service if there is no activity for a certain period.

제3조 (서비스 제공의 중지) / Article 3 (Suspension of Service)

  1. 회사는 시스템 점검, 국가비상사태, 기술적 결함 등 불가항력적인 사유가 발생한 경우 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
    The Company may temporarily suspend the service in the event of force majeure, such as system inspections, national emergencies, or technical defects.
  1. 회사는 회원의 서비스 이용 목적이 악용되거나 법령을 위반하는 경우 관련 기관에 신고하고 서비스 이용을 중지할 수 있습니다.
    If a member's purpose for using the service is misused or violates laws and regulations, the Company may report it to relevant authorities and suspend the use of the service.

제4조 (회원의 의무) / Article 4 (Member Obligations)

  1. 회원은 본 약관을 준수해야 합니다.
    Members must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  1. 회원은 회사의 서비스를 이용함으로써 얻은 정보를 상업적, 비상업적 목적으로 복제, 유통하거나 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
    Members may not reproduce, distribute, or provide to third parties any information obtained through the Company's service for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
  1. 회원은 회사의 서비스를 이용함에 있어 법령, 공서양속 등에 위배되는 행위 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
    Members shall not engage in acts that violate laws, public order, and morals, or infringe upon the rights of others while using the Company's services.

제5조 (계약의 해지) / Article 5 (Termination of Contract)

  1. 회원은 언제든지 본인의 의사로 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.
    Members may request to withdraw their membership at any time based on their own will.
  1. 회사는 회원이 본 약관을 위반한 경우 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
    The Company may terminate the use agreement if a member violates these Terms and Conditions.

제6조 (면책) / Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  1. 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중단 등 불가항력으로 인해 발생한 서비스 중단, 이용장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
    The Company shall not be held liable for service interruptions or usage failures caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, or service suspension by telecommunications carriers.
  1. 회사는 회원의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애 및 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
    The Company is not responsible for any service use obstacles or damages caused by the member's fault.

제7조 (분쟁의 해결) / Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. 회사와 회원간에 발생한 분쟁에 대해 합의가 이루어지지 않을 경우, 소송은 회사의 소재지를 관할하는 법원에서 처리합니다.
    If a dispute between the Company and a member cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the litigation shall be handled by the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.
  1. 본 약관과 관련한 모든 분쟁에 대해서는 대한민국 법령을 적용합니다.
    All disputes related to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea.

제8조 (약관의 개정) / Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

  1. 회사는 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정된 약관은 홈페이지 또는 앱 내 공지사항을 통해 공지합니다.
    The Company may amend these Terms, and the amended Terms will be announced through notices on the website or within the app.
  1. 회원은 약관이 변경될 경우, 변경된 약관에 대해 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
    Members are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms upon their implementation.

제9조 (개인정보 처리) / Article 9 (Personal Information Processing)

  1. 회사는 회원의 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하며, 회원의 개인정보 보호를 위해 최선의 노력을 다합니다.
    The Company processes members' personal information securely and makes its best efforts to protect members' personal information.
  1. 회사는 개인정보 처리에 대한 내용을 별도의 개인정보 처리방침에서 규정하며, 이를 준수합니다.
    The Company defines details regarding personal information processing in a separate Privacy Policy and complies with it.

제10조 (광고의 게재) / Article 10 (Placement of Advertisements)

  1. 회사는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 회원의 동의를 받은 경우 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다.
    The Company may post advertisements in connection with the use of the service, provided that the member has given consent.
  1. 회원은 회사가 제공하는 서비스 이용과 관련한 광고를 보고 자발적으로 참여할 수 있으며, 이 경우 해당 광고의 게시자와 회원간의 거래에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.
    Members may voluntarily participate in advertisements related to the service. In this case, the Company is not responsible for transactions between the advertiser and the member.
  1. 회원은 광고 게시자와의 거래를 하기 전에 광고 게시자의 신뢰성을 검토하고, 광고 게시자가 제공하는 서비스와 상품의 품질, 가격, 배송 등을 충분히 검토해야 합니다.
    Before engaging in a transaction with an advertiser, members must verify the advertiser's reliability and thoroughly review the quality, price, and delivery of the services and products provided.

제11조 (저작권) / Article 11 (Copyright)

  1. 회사가 제공하는 서비스 내에서 사용되는 모든 콘텐츠(글, 사진, 영상 등)의 저작권은 회사 또는 해당 콘텐츠의 제공자에게 있습니다.
    The copyright for all content (text, photos, videos, etc.) used within the service provided by the Company belongs to the Company or the respective content provider.
  1. 회원은 회사의 서면 허가 없이 서비스 내에서 사용되는 콘텐츠를 복제, 유통, 수정, 전송 등을 할 수 없습니다.
    Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit content used within the service without the Company's prior written permission.
  1. 회원이 제공한 콘텐츠를 회사는 회원의 동의 없이 서비스 외부에서 사용할 수 없으며, 해당 콘텐츠의 저작권은 해당 회원에게 있습니다.
    The Company may not use content provided by a member outside the service without the member's consent, and the copyright for such content belongs to the respective member.

제12조 (기타) / Article 12 (Miscellaneous)

  1. 본 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항에 대해서는 대한민국 관련 법령 및 회사의 이용약관, 개인정보처리방침 등의 내용을 따릅니다.
    Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall follow the relevant laws of the Republic of Korea, the Company's internal policies, and the Privacy Policy.
  1. 회사는 필요한 경우 회원에게 별도의 유료 서비스를 제공할 수 있습니다.
    The Company may provide separate paid services to members if necessary.
