Article 1 · Purpose
These terms define the conditions for using iyulab.com (the "Site"), operated by IYULAB Inc. (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its visitors.
Article 2 · No membership
The Site provides no sign-up, login or account management. Visitors may read the Site without any procedure and do not create or manage a user ID or password.
Accordingly, no clauses on membership status, withdrawal or account suspension are included.
Article 3 · Copyright and citation
Copyright in the documents, images, diagrams and software screens published on the Site belongs to the Company.
Quotation is permitted where the source is credited as "IYULAB" together with the page address. Reproducing or distributing all or a substantial part without prior consent, or altering the content and presenting it as the Company’s position, is not permitted.
Open-source projects the Company publishes, such as those on GitHub, are governed by the licence stated in each repository.
Article 4 · Nature of published information
Performance figures in case studies are based on the Company’s project records; client names may be anonymised under confidentiality terms. Results vary with site conditions and the measurement period.
Summaries of support programmes reflect each announcement at the time of writing and may change. Check the administering body’s current notice before applying.
Content on the Site is general information. The terms of an individual engagement are set out in a separate contract.
Article 5 · External links
The Site links to external sites the Company does not operate. Their content and data handling are governed by their own policies, for which the Company is not responsible.
Article 6 · Suspension of the Site
The Company may temporarily suspend the Site for system maintenance, equipment work, network faults, natural disasters or similar unavoidable reasons. Foreseeable interruptions will be announced in advance.
Article 7 · Disclaimer
The Company is not liable for interruption or degradation of the Site caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, power failure or suspension of service by a telecommunications carrier.
The Company is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of information on the Site or their outcomes. Please discuss a concrete implementation with us directly.
Article 8 · Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from use of the Site is brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
